Laweut Dance

Laweut dance is dance that comes from Aceh. Laweut comes from the word invocation, a eulogy to the adoration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Before a laweut used, first called Akoon (Seudati Inong). Laweut specified name in Pekan Kebudayaan Aceh II (pKa II). This dance came from Pidie and has been developing throughout Aceh.
Dance this movement, the dancers from the top left and right movement on the road with the line to enter the stage and make a direct composition berbanjar one, facing audience, with a respectful bow lift both hands a chest, then started to dance movements.
